Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, unless otherwise agreed. All prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to VAT where applicable.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all design assets and code produced for your project become your property. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
Tumble Media Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service in question.
